Who Are We?
Radix Workforce Solutions specialises in providing quality staffing for a wide range of environmental and commercial projects. With a focus on efficiency, reliability, and exceptional service, we operate across both metropolitan and rural areas, serving industries such as landscaping, construction, and more.
We believe that the success of our Teams is built on experience and a strong work ethic.
Our projects can last anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on project availability.
For the right candidates, we may offer a full-time direct placement position through our recruitment program, (this possibility depends on the client's needs and requests).
Some of these projects are eligible for the 88-day requirement.
We Are Looking for Staff with Experience in:
Landscaping.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Site preparation, soil and groundwork preparation, and mulching

Planting
-
Turf installation
-
Hardscaping and structural work
-
Lawn care and maintenance
-
Team leader
Construction
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
-
Site preparation, groundwork, and general labouring
-
Concrete, masonry, and structural assistance
-
Roofing and external work
-
Bricklaying
-
Trade assistance
-
Team leader
Silviculture
Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Tree planting and vegetation management

Forest and land maintenance
